    Arna Holden appointed New General Manager of Nubian Customer Experience

    Specialist distributors of water saving systems, Nubian Water Systems  recently appointed Arna Holden to the role of General Manager of Customer Experience, as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to improve customer service.  

    Arna's core responsibility will be to develop and implement strong operational systems, strategic processes and growth components to lead excellence within the business and for all stakeholders.  

    Arna arrives at Nubian with extensive expertience in improving customer service, client retention and efficient logistics production. She has led national product enhancements and implemented best practice in service procedures, both in Australia and New Zealand.
