Innowood louvres were installed at the Penrith Panthers Club in 2008. Seven years later, when the club went through extensive modernisation and upgradation, the louvres simply needed to be recoated to match with the refreshed decor.
Not only had the louvres maintained their look and structural integrity with minimal maintenance over this time, they had also outperformed natural timber alternatives by withstanding typical issues such as cracking, splitting, swelling or rotting, especially when exposed to the elements..
During the 2015 renovation of the club, the original louvres were removed and recoated in a matt black finish to match the newly upgraded and modernised club facilities. Since the louvres didn’t need to be replaced to achieve the desired modern look and feel, the club was able to save on cost as well as time.
