After purchasing one the mattresses in the range offered by the company, customers can ensure full satisfaction by experiencing the comfort of the mattress for 28 nights. If after that period, customers are not satisfied with their purchase, the mattress will be exchanged for another mattress of the same value (only return freight charges will apply).
If the mattress is exchanged for a mattress of greater value, the difference is payable to Town and Country.
The 28 Night Comfort Exchange applies only to mattresses and not to furniture or accessories which are custom made.
All mattresses returned are not resold but reshaped to be used as dog and pet beds. This provides a guarantee that all mattresses are brand new when originally received by clients.
