In the bustling heart of St Leonards and nestled within the commercial landscape, stands the JQZ Speculative Suite. This office complex recently underwent a remarkable transformation following collaboration between the visionary design team at Sheldon Interiors and SUPAWOOD. The expert teams from both companies embarked on a mission to redefine the aesthetics of the workspace to be as practical as it is appealing. The refurbishment of this office building included designing a ceiling system with a unique twist. The design challenge also included the need for a woodgrain finish that would stand out and contrast with the other ceilings as well as complement the woodgrain flooring.
SUPAWOOD's Waffle Blades were chosen as the preferred solution for achieving the design intent as it allows for the creation of designs with striking geometric effects that are also budget-friendly, making them a popular choice for commercial and office interiors. SUPAFINISH Virgin Walnut creates warmth in the open plan office areas and contrasts nicely against the vibrant colours of the furnishings. The result is a visually captivating solution – an architectural symphony of textures and patterns that flow seamlessly from the ceilings to the floors.
This project was more than just an office refurbishment of the JQZ office suite. In close collaboration with Sheldon Interiors, SUPAWOOD demonstrated its commitment to delivering bespoke design solutions that are not just visually stunning but also cater to the practical needs of a workspace.
