Visual Impact Image Expo  conducts major trade shows and exhibitions such as the annual Sydney Exhibition. Bi-annual events are conducted in Queensland and Victoria. Visual Impact Image Expo also organises smaller trade shows or satellite exhibitions in other Australian states as and when they become necessary. The Gold Coast and Melbourne trade shows of Visual Impact Image Expo are held every two years, in alternate years.

Visual Impact Image Expo does not collect entrance charges from its visitors. Visitors are allowed to register in advance for the trade show through its website and also on the date of the show at the entrance.
