Thermal acoustic sprays from Planet Green Insulation work by means of creating dead air spaces between and within its hollow cellulose fibres. The sprayed fibres fill cracks, seams and voids and form a monolithic coating over the substrate which helps reduce the infiltration of air.
Planet Green Insulation currently supplies their acoustic sprays in six colours. These are beige, black, gray, light gray, tan and white. These sprays can also be applied to wood, steel, concrete, glass and other standard construction surfaces.

The product can be sprayed up to five inches thick overhead in just one application without mechanical support and unlike other prefabricated insulations it can serve as an exposed finish that requires no additional materials.
