Arnold Mouw, COO of Mulford Plastics , has announced a restructure in their commercial operations to create focus on new market development activities and engineering products.
Two new teams have been established under Lydia Swan, Marketing Manager and David Campbell, Engineering Plastics to drive these initiatives. Mulford Plastics are not moving away from the core markets stated Arnold Mouw. Mulford Plastics helps their customers by developing new markets, new products and by adding value through services and delivering solutions.
The move into value adding has been successful for Mulford Plastics and many customers have utilised the new laser cutting service established in Melbourne in April. David Campbell stated that they to do much more of this in the future by adding new services and by capturing new business for the customers who have great value adding facilities.
The new teams have taken in shape and appointments have been made to the new Business Development and Mulford Engineering Plastics teams in Queensland, NSW and WA. By early 2009, the new teams would have a full representation across all states.
Mulford Plastics are in markets where plastic materials have massive benefits in replacing traditional materials. The goal is to take the understanding of plastics and understanding of applications to offer new solutions.
