Monier’s EDGE technology is a patented process and has been comprehensively field tested and undergone rigorous wind tunnel testing to deliver a high performance concrete roof tile.
EDGE technology is only available on the range of flat profiled tiles, and offers added benefits to builders, designers and home owners, such as offering greater design flexibility and water shedding properties.
The concrete roof tiles can be installed on roof pitches as low as 15° and their optimum water shedding ability means they outperform other similar roof tiles.
Monier recommends the use of its A-line ridging system to complement these high performance roof tiles. Incorporating an A-line apex and A-line under flashing will provide a roof line that is sleek, streamline and sophisticated.
