The Miele Generation 6000 range of ovens from Miele Australia is helping
home cooks deliver gourmet results with ease.
Featuring several user-friendly innovations across the 60cm and 90cm
ovens, the revolutionary German engineered Miele Generation 6000 offers
intuitive operation to take the guesswork out of creating great dishes at home.
Miele’s flagship models, H 6860 BP and H 6890 BP, for instance, feature the
‘M-Touch’ user interface, which offers a smartphone-like operation, allowing users
to effortlessly browse through functions. Miele also offers models equipped
with electronic touch controls, or more traditional rotary dials.
Select models feature a host of automatic programmes to help create more
than 100 dishes, from bread and cakes to meat and more. Automotive programmes
in the Miele H 6860 BP Moisture Plus oven include some specially created by Australian
chefs with Australian ingredients for Australian palates. Miele has also extended
its Moisture Plus function to a greater variety of operating modes in select
Generation 6000 models to ensure perfect dishes.
The Miele Generation 6000 series is packed with versatile functions such
as the Crisp Function that expels excess moisture from the oven and uses dry
heat to achieve a perfectly crispy finish to pizzas or French fries.
Miele’s 90cm H 6890 BP oven is designed for large families and features
an impressive 90-litre cabinet; three shelf levels; TwinPower hot air fans for extremely
rapid heating-up and optimum hot air distribution; and an integrated Rotisserie.
The Miele Generation 6000 range also includes models featuring
PerfectClean for easy cleaning or pyrolytic cleaning programmes. Select
Generation 6000 ovens come equipped with PyroFit for exceptional cleaning
convenience as it allows the side runners, racks and select FlexiClip full
telescopic runners to remain inside the oven during the pyrolytic cleaning
process.
All 60cm Miele Generation 6000 ovens feature the new ‘PureLine’ design,
allowing them to be seamlessly combined in a range of horizontal and vertical
combinations, perfectly integrated into kitchen furniture. These elegant ovens
are available in Miele’s signature CleanSteel finish, while select models are
also available in striking colour combinations including Brilliant White,
Obsidian Black and Mink.
