Kennards Hire recognised their top-performing equipment suppliers at their Supplier Awards Night 2013 held recently at their flagship Artarmon branch.
The awards honoured all equipment suppliers who performed with distinction throughout the year. The award categories centred on the four core values of Kennards Hire. The Artarmon branch was transformed for the evening to host the 120 guests who also explored the Kennards Museum to receive a sense of the history and significance Kennards Hire has had in Australia.
Andy Kennard was in attendance, reinforcing the fact that it remains a family company. The growth of the equipment hire company and its influence was reflected by the number of representatives from some of Australia’s largest companies.
The first award was the ‘Fair Dinkum’ award, which was presented to the supplier deemed to have delivered on their promises, was reliable, upfront and honest.
The second award was the ‘Every Customer Is A Raving Fan’ award, which was based on dealing with customer services and needs.
Aptly presenting the ‘One Family’ award was Andy Kennard, which was given to the supplier that displayed support, trust, mutual respect and care.
The last award was the ‘Taking Hire Higher’ for continuous improvement. It was presented to the supplier judged to have helped improve Kennards by bringing new ideas and solutions.
The suppliers were glowing in their praise of the night and their partnerships with Kennards.
