Ecoply Formrite is a high-quality plywood from Carter Holt Harvey built to stand up to the rigours of construction. Produced predominantly from graded Pinus radiata, Formrite is overlaid with a hard, resin-impregnated paper for a smooth finish while the hard phenolic surface and outer veneers make the plywood both durable and reusable.

The cross-laminate construction of Formrite plywood reduces the likelihood of expansion or contraction when exposed to rain and temperature changes. Glued with a phenol formaldehyde resin A-Type Marine bond, Formrite can withstand the rigours of construction moisture, altogether making it an effective plywood formwork solution.

Ecoply Formrite is manufactured under a third-party audited quality control program and is certified by the Engineered Wood Products Association of Australasia (EWPAA) as compliant with AS 6669 for Plywood – Formwork.

Ecoply Formrite plywood can be used in repeat applications subject to sheet care and maintenance. The plywood is suitable for modern optimised form systems such as table forms and jump forms, and can be applied to various frame spacings, concrete slab thicknesses and surface tolerances. An ideal surface for pouring concrete with a Class 2 concrete finish on the first pour, Formrite can also be used on steel or timber form frame systems. The plywood is lighter in weight than hardwood alternatives.
