A new self priming pump designed specifically for diesel fuel transfer has been released by Australian Pump Industries.
Called the Aussie Rotor, the pump offers users real convenience for refuelling in the field.
The Rotor runs off either a 12 or 24 volt battery, depending on the configuration, and pumps diesel up to 40 litres per minute flow.
Australian Pump Industries claim the new Rotor is ideal for fuelling combines, broad acre tractors, pumps, generators and earth moving equipment.
“This pump, complete with an Aussie fuel compatible poly tank, can turn a ute or trailer into a mobile fuel station,” said Aussie Pumps Product Manager Brad Farrugia.
The Rotor kit includes four metres of fuel compatible hose, a nozzle gun and electrical cables with heavy duty alligator clips.
“Farmers and earth moving contractors love the Rotor because of its low cost, efficiency and simplicity,” said Farrugia.
“Auto stop, professional grade guns that eliminate the possibility of spills are available as an optional extra.”
The Aussie Rotor is available in a handy box kit with everything the operator needs to refuel equipment, plant and machinery in the field.
