Five buildings erected in four months with AFS

AFS LOGICWALL wall systems from AFS Products Group Pty Ltd helped the builder complete a five-building development project in just four months.

Vue - The Residence is a luxurious multi-residential 210-unit complex with retail, studio, one and two bedroom apartments in Greenway, ACT.

The builder and developer of the project were able to benefit from the fast pace of construction using AFS LOGICWALL wall systems. The structure was built over a period of four months from July 2011 to November 2011. Skilled formwork teams installed the AFS panels by hand, erecting up to 100m² per three-man team, per day. 

AFS’ short manufacture and delivery lead times as well as the coordinated wall panels labelled to correspond with shop drawings greatly benefitted the builder.

According to one of the builders, some of the advantages of working with AFS include excellent upfront sales and after sales support, quick turnaround for manufacture and delivery, and easy-to-use fully coordinated wall system that requires little to no craneage after initial unloading from the truck.
