Known for his award-winning work in the commercial sector Nicholas Bandounas joins Scott Carver after 20 years working in a number of architecture practices including Woods Bagot, Fitzpatrick + Partners, Crone and Warren and Mahoney.

His portfolio includes iconic buildings such as the like of the Star Casino’s multi-use entertainment theatre, 505 George Street planning proposal, Perth's Brookfield Place, Mona Vale Surf Club and the Sydney headquarters of the Macquarie Group at One Shelley Street.

Scott Carver managing director Rodney Paesler says he is thrilled to be able to have added Nicholas Bandounas to the team earlier this year, and now once again as a new owner and director.

“Nicholas has strengths that complement the existing leadership team, focused on achieving measurable results for clients and the community combined,” says Paesler.

“From building and product repositioning through to grand-scale new developments and people-centric placemaking.”

Bandounas says he was attracted to “the brilliant culture at Scott Carver, the diverse, collaborative environment”.
