ISPT has announced the acquisition of Jenny Lo to its team, assuming the role of Partnership Success Manager.

The new role has been newly created by the property investment group in order to maintain and strengthen tenant relationships. Lo brings over a decade of experience in developing partnerships and marketing growth strategies. The new manager will be involved directly with the people and businesses at ISPT’s 477 on Pitt Street asset and will endeavour to create the most compelling, creative, and collaborative work environment possible.

“It’s simply no longer enough to provide a space for people to conduct their work,” says ISPT Partnership Specialist Letitia Hope.

“The businesses at 477 on Pitt Street are joining a community and environment that’s full of opportunities for growth, networking, collaboration and learning.

“With excellent people skills and connections, Jenny is the perfect person for the role of Partnership Success Manager at 477 on Pitt Street. It’s a rare position within Australia’s current property sector but one that we’re exceptionally proud of and consider to be of vital importance.”

Lo says her role includes conversing with business leaders and exploring how ISPT can further add value, beyond the basic building level.

“We have an opportunity, as responsible building owners, to drive impactful changes for our tenant partners and for the environment. How we ultimately define that opportunity is dependent on the strength of our relationships with our tenant partners at every touchpoint,” she says.

“I’m excited to be part of this game-changing key pillar of Sydney’s Tech Central precinct. We’re re-imagining the future of work at 477 on Pitt Street and we’re absolutely committed to creating a lifestyle workplace like no other by facilitating opportunities for our tenant partners to connect and prosper.”

477 on Pitt Street is expected to be completed later this year. The development will be an ecosystem for emerging entrepreneurs, tech titans and technology businesses to make their mark. With a focus on empowering companies to be their best, the hub has flexible zones designed to promote inspiration, conversation, co-creation and knowledge-sharing among tenant partners.

“ISPT has always created tailored experiences for our precincts’ communities and we’re redesigning the 477 on Pitt Street workplace to enhance culture and relationships, as well as retaining talent and regenerating innovation,” says Hope.

“Through our research and conversations with CEOs, we know that a physical workplace is important for achieving strategic objectives and resonating with a company’s mission and values. We’re working with our tenant partners to meet those needs in new and interesting ways – placing flexibility at the core.

“Tomorrow’s workspaces must facilitate social connection and experiences as much as providing beautiful spaces to work, giving people more agency over their work lives and better integration of work and personal aspirations. We call this lifestyle working.

“It’s also about providing social connection and a fully flexible community experience beyond the nine-to-five. Over the last few years, people found an organic balance between their work, personal and health priorities and they don’t want to let that go. Lifestyle working, like we’re creating at 477 on Pitt Street, recognises that they don’t have to.”
