Multi-disciplinary design house HBO+EMTB has appointed Graeme Scannell as a Principal for its Workplace practice.
Scannell recently relocated from Shanghai where he was the Director of Workplace with architectural and design practice Gensler.
HBO+EMTB managing director Kevin Fitzgerald says that Scannell has a wealth of international experience, having worked for major national and international clients in the UK, the Middle East, China, and Southern Africa.
This includes ABB, Shell, DreamWorks, Cisco, EMC and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
“His portfolio encompasses a diverse range of commercial interior projects across the globe over a twenty year career,” says Fitzgerald, who adds that Scannell’s extensive experience within the design and real estate industry, with a focus on corporate accommodation, will add value to the firm.
“His strong creative organisational and communication skills enhance his value to clients. He excels at analysing, managing and delivering projects from design through to delivery and we are delighted he is joining us.”
