Edward Lynch is a highly experienced and well-known design business executive, who has joined MODE following a decade-long career with a global multi-disciplinary consultancy. Mr Lynch’s extensive three-decade career spans the architecture, design, engineering and construction industries in Australia, the Americas and throughout Asia and the Middle East. Appointed to the newly created position of National Director at MODE, he brings with him an enthusiastic and strategic approach to business and design management as well as experience and skills in urban design and community generation.

Managing Principal Rhonan O’Brien comments that Edward will support MODE’s growth consolidation in Australasia, and assist in the strategic expansion of the design group in various international markets through existing alliances.

MODE also promoted a total of nine senior staff in 2014 to help provide the necessary leadership to foster growth and change.

Chief Operations Officer, Martine Menerey has been promoted to Director of Operations.
