Leading Sydney property developer Crown Group has moved its head office to the business district after more than a decade at Sydney’s waterfront suburb of Milsons Point. The office relocation coincides with the launch of a fresh new company brand mark for the Sydney residential developer.

Describing the new office space and brand mark as part of an exciting evolution for the company, Crown Group CEO Iwan Sunito explained that the company’s new address was good timing for the brand refresh as the new brand mark represented Crown Group’s modern culture while retaining some elements of the company’s previous logo.

Mr Sunito said that the circle represents an infinite loop and symbolises the company’s dedication to expand their operations, while the logo’s modern global shape symbolises their international presence. The circular shape is a different way of looking at a traditional crown from above, symbolising Crown Group’s innovative, modern approach to each project.

Founded in 1996, Crown Group has more than 110 employees worldwide and offices located in Australia, Indonesia and Singapore. The new head office located at Level 29, 1 Market Street is in the heart of Sydney’s thriving financial and business district.

Crown Group has a portfolio of projects under development and in the pipeline worth $3.5 billion with four projects under construction in Sydney including V by Crown, Viking by Crown, Skye by Crown and Top Ryde City Living. Crown Green Square will be launched in the coming months.

Crown Group National Development Director Pierre Abrahamse said the new CBD location was an important move for the expanding company with the head office providing more space for their growing team of staff.
