Natalie Slessor has joined Woods Bagot as director of consulting for Australia.

Slessor is one of Australia’s few environmental or architectural psychologists.

She has specialised in working with the property sector and has over 15 yrs experience in property strategy and managing the design process.

Prior to joining Woods Bagot, Slessor spent five years as associate director of workplace strategy for Macquarie Group. During her time there she was a key member of the team responsible for the aspirational briefing and communication solutions for 1 Shelley Street.

She was also based Hong Kong for two years during her Macquarie tenure. Before joining Macquarie, Slessor spent nine years with DEGW in its London and Sydney offices.

As well as being involved in numerous project outcomes as a strategic briefing expert and change management director — such as Westpac Place, ResMed and Woolworths headquarters - she has also spent time on secondment to Ernst & Young, and prior to leaving London worked with the BBC, driving their workplace change programs.
