The Property Industry Foundation (PIF) will hold its Annual Charity Ball at Luna Park’s Big Top on Friday 28 October, the aim to raise over $150,000 for charity.

Sponsored by design and construction specialists Ganellan, the theme of the ball is Cirque de Souk with guests set to be treated to a night of Moroccan enchantment complete with music and storytellers.

Over 500 property and construction individuals from across the industry are expected to attend the black tie event with all proceeds from the night donated to a number of charities helping young people at risk.

“The Gala Ball is a highly anticipated event and this year’s exciting theme is set to make it a memorable night,” said Rosemary Smithson, chief executive officer of PIF.

“It’s a great chance for PIF to champion the cause of a worthy charity and highlight the issue of youth homelessness, whilst drawing involvement from the wider property and construction community,” she said.

Last year’s ball raised over $200,000 for the creation of a homeless refuge for disadvantaged youth going through PIF’s employment program.

PIF holds a number of charity events each year in support of various Sydney-based children’s and youth charities and has raised over $12 million since its inception.

Registrations can be made through PIF’s website at www.pif.com.au or phone 02 9241 6000.
