The Building Designers Association of Victoria (BDAV) has announced the winners of its 2012 awards with a contemporary home designed by Clever Design in Ulverstone, Tasmania receiving five awards including the top gong.

The ultimate winning house by Clever Design is described as an exercise in 'minimalism and precision' which features steel and glass, polished timber decking and polished concrete floors.
