G.J. Gardner has been ranked 22nd on BRW’s Fast Franchises 2013 list—the only homebuilding or construction company to be listed in the top 25.

The 2013 BRW Fast Franchises list ranks franchises according to their average annual turnover growth over three years.

Because the list only records Australian franchise, the growth of G.J. Gardner Homes in New Zealand and in United States was not considered.

“G.J. Gardner Homes have gone from strength to strength in recent years with the successful expansion of the company to the United States in 2006,” said G.J. Gardner Homes CEO, Darren Wallis.

“It is an honour to achieve a spot in the top 25 Fast Franchisees for 2013—the only homebuilding company to get a mention,” said Wallis.

BRW said companies on this year’s list have not only proved their resilience and willpower during challenging times, they have increased their revenue and have continued to build on the growing Australian franchises sector.

It’s been a good start to 2013 for the homebuilding company, in addition to their recent listing, they have been ranked 9th in America’s Franchise Business Review’s Top Franchisee Satisfaction Awards 2013.

The award is based on a survey of more than 26,000 franchisees representing more than 350 franchises and is the only program to rank companies based solely on actual franchisee satisfaction.

“Research suggests that there is an intrinsic link between job satisfaction and productivity and there is no doubt the success and rapid growth of G.J. Gardner Homes comes down to the happiness of my team.

“I pride myself on fostering a balanced, well-supported work environment for franchisees and master franchisees—ultimately, their job satisfaction is the key to our success.” Wallis said.
