Crown Group has taken charge of an $80 million apartment development, Viking by Crown, at Green Square, in Sydney.
Viking by Crown has been designed by MPRDG architects to give all apartments floor-to-ceiling glass, a wide loggia and views to the CBD and adjoining parklands.
Inspiration for the design of the building was drawn from the work of internationally renowned Israeli artist Yaacov Agam, founder of the post-war kinetic art movement.
Construction is anticipated to begin on the new landmark building in June and it will be completed 18 months after the work begins. The target for the demolition of existing buildings on the site is the end of May.
The buliding offers 110 apartments over 10 levels.
