Mirvac has released the final stages of Melbourne’s River proj ect on the Yarra’s Edge precinct.
Since the release of the first stage of the $200 million River precinct in December 2007, located on South Wharf Drive at Yarra’s Edge, the development is now in its final stages. The release comprises five Riverfront residences, seven Terrace Homes and five Home Offices.
The release will showcase a brand new range of four- and five-bedroom Riverfront residences — three-, four- and five-bedroom Terrace Homes; and three-bedroom Home Offices.
River has been designed around the notion of creating a sanctuary that capitalises on generous amounts of living space, whilst taking advantage of a prime location on the Yarra River. Designed by Mirvac Design, River was inspired by the area’s rich maritime heritage, with a modern twist added to ensure contemporary sophistication.
Riverfront Homes comprise spacious, multilevel, north-facing homes with views across the Yarra River to the city and beyond. Terrace Homes are the heart of the River precinct, spanning up to three light-filled levels and include private courtyards and elevated viewing decks.
Meanwhile, Home Offices have been planned to offer work/life balance through flexible design. Composed over three levels, the homes feature open plan living, outdoor decking and studio spaces.
