Assa Abloy has introduced changes to the Lockwood Paradigm 005 deadbolt. It now incorporates Lockwood’s Safety Mode, Lock Alert and Dual Select features. Paradigm’s Safety Mode feature ensures the door is secure from the outside whilst enabling the user to exit from the inside.
Once the door is opened and the key removed, the lockset automatically changes to Safety Mode, reducing the possibility of being locked in the building accidentally, in the case of fire or other emergency. Paradigm 005 can be keyed alike for one-key convenience. The lock comes in a range of locking solutions for the home.
Assa Abloy has also released the corrosion resistant Lockwood Artique range. The five lever-on-rose sets are manufactured from corrosion resistant 304 grade stainless steel. The range consists of five non-handed lever styles — three tubular and two solid construction. The satin, stainless steel finish is available in privacy, passage and dummy handle sets. The Aria #27 lever, a standard lever design featured in other Lockwood door furniture ranges such as Palladium and Meridian, has been incorporated into the Artique range.
