The Australian Institute of Architects announces that entries to the 2014 WA Architecture Awards will be on display from Monday June 30 to Friday July 11 in Perth.

Celebrating the design and construction industry in Western Australia, the 2014 WA Architecture Awards entries will be on display in the lobby of Brookfield Place at 125 St Georges Terrace in Perth.

Over 100 entries will be on display across categories such as Public Architecture, Residential Architecture – Houses, Residential Architecture – Houses Alterations & Additions, Residential Architecture – Multiple Residential, Heritage, Urban Design, Commercial Architecture, Interior Architecture, Small Project Architecture and Sustainability. Secondary categories include the COLORBOND Award for Steel Architecture and the Mondoluce Lighting Award.

Public viewing hours are from 9am to 5pm.

The Australian Institute of Architects will announce the winners of the 2014 WA Architecture Awards in July. The Institute commented that this year’s awards showcase a broad range of projects from the largest public sector building projects undertaken in WA through to small alterations and additions.
