Featuring UniCote Coastal cladding with a sophisticated Midnight Matt finish, the design utilises a flatlock/shingles profile that enhances its modern aesthetic.
The building prioritises sustainability, incorporating a hybrid structure of concrete and cross-laminated timber (CLT), which contributes to its energy efficiency and lower carbon footprint.
