Lauxes Grates founder and CEO, Tim Dawson was named amongst the Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs of Australia.
Ranked #60 by Business News Australia’s exclusive Top 100 Young Entrepreneurs list of 2020, Dawson credits his overall success to adjusting his business model to the market and investing time and resources into his expanding team.
“Home improvements became one of the biggest trends of 2020 and people suddenly had the time to scour the net for affordable, better-quality products.
“Because everything was set up, it almost feels like we caught the wave before the wave arrived,” says Dawson. “It feels like everything we had done prior to COVID had set us up for this win.”
From June through to November last year, Lauxes posted back-to-back records across the board, even in the Victorian market, which was in a state of complete lockdown at the time.
