Produced in the United Kingdom under strict quality controls the TPV safety surfacing is manufactured using a high quality virgin polymer, TPV is formulated without the incorporation of sulphur, clay fillers, Phthalate plasticizers and heavy metals such as Zinc.
TPV rubber wetpour safety surfacing is suitable for all weather conditions and temperatures, is UV stable and will not become brittle with age.
Although TPV is a vulcanised thermoplastic material it does not mean that it will leach out harmful sulphurs or peroxides into the environment. TPV safety surfacing offers colour consistency and is not flammable and will not self ignite.
TPV is durable and suitable for use as children’s playground safety surfacing soft fall, multi-games areas (MUGA’S), general sports surfacing, swimming pool surrounds, running tracks and rubber play tile production.
TPV safety surfacing offers compatibility with polyurethane binders and adhesives and compliments Flexi SC structural spray topping. TPV can also be used as an Artificial Grass infill.
