Products from Studco Building Systems provided an engineered solution during the construction of the Library at the Dock, a community centre created for the Docklands neighbourhood to provide a place for culture, community interaction and learning.
Library at the Dock was recently awarded Australia’s first 6 star Green Star rating for a public building. Standing three storeys high, the building enjoys beautiful waterfront views.
The Studco external steel stud wall system and the Studco top hat system were used extensively on this project to support the unique recycled timber facade.
