There is only a warranty if Airstep Suporta Pad is used under Flotex (Bridgestone Australia became Airstep Australia last year) because the Dunlop Modulay is discontinued and they didn't replace it with a similar quality. The installation is by the double-bond method using Karndean Hi-Tack PS U/L to subfloor and Karndean Mega-Bond Flotex to U/L - installer must let the MB adhesive tack-up before closing and rolling because the U/L is only semi porous - full instructions available which I will send to your direct email today. Re sunlight, Flotex complies with AUS Standard for light fastness behind glass, but excessive long term sunlight playing on same area each day will fade most carpets somewhat. However any protection possible like tinted glass or cieling type blinds are recommended. Flotex is used in car showrooms with large glass windows without problems, but the darker colours (like red) of any carpet are more prone than the lighter / mid tone colours.

We are careful to make sure our images are accurate in all printed literature and on our website, but cannot always create a perfect representation of our products. For this reason we strongly recommend that you look at a sample of any product you are considering before placing your order. All of our products are inspired by things we have seen in the natural world and just like variation in colour and detail is part of the beauty of nature, is also a feature of some of our designs. This means that with some of our products you will see natural variation when your floor is installed. If in doubt, ask your retailer to show you a larger sample of the product.
We definitely recommend speaking to one of our flooring specialists rather than buying our flooring over the internet. Please note, it is important that your Karndean flooring is professionally installed in order to maintain your warranty. Purchasing Karndean over the internet would be at your own risk.
