The Malton is a luxury residential development designed by PBD Architects for leading developers Central Element in Beecroft, NSW.

Featuring a timeless design that draws inspiration from its heritage past, the Malton consists of ten three-bedroom luxury residences, with the tranquil atmosphere of the tree-lined pavements outside seamlessly blending with the serene interiors.

The architecture studio’s inspired vision of modern luxury respectfully preserves the heritage shell of the site’s two existing buildings – a late 1930s home designed by C. Bruce Dellit (who also designed the Anzac War Memorial in Hyde Park, Sydney) and an earlier Federation-style home from 1914. Most of the period details including the original brickwork, fireplaces and chimney windows have been retained in the new development.

Havwoods Ryde from the V Collection, a sophisticated European Oak flooring plank was selected for the luxury residences. The engineered timber flooring effortlessly creates a sense of warmth, complementing other design elements such as natural stone island benchtops, classic skirting and architraves, and Parisi tapware.
