This year Designbuild is including Green Building Seminars as part of its programme. The fair, which is Australia’s largest design and building exhibition, is taking place in Sydney from 3rd- 6th June.
The Green Building Seminars will focus on a number of issues facing the building industry, such as how to use Green Star Rating Tools, the future of green architecture and building, recent changes to the Building Code of Australia, and how to bid more successfully for green building tenders.
The seminars have been developed in conjunction with the Australian Architecture Association, Building Construction Interchange Australia and the Green Building Council of Australia.
Leading green building experts, architects and company directors will speak on a variety of topics including: ‘6 Star Building Performance: the 40 Albert road experience’; ‘ Innovations in Green Building Design’ and ‘Sustainable materials: current drivers and issues.’
Designbuild is organised by Diversified Exhibitions Australia.
