Two ALSPEC products played a major role in the transformation of a Californian bungalow in Sandringham, VIC into a stunning open plan home full of natural light and modern finishes.
Featured in Love It Or List It Australia (S2 Ep12), the renovated home incorporates Alspec’s ProGlide high performance sliding doors in the lounge and dining area in addition to McArthur 101.6mm centre glazed framing with integrated top hung awning sash.
Howse Constructions was responsible for the build while Alspec fabricator Accent Aluminium Windows & Doors installed the sliding door and framing, both featuring a powdercoat finish in Dulux Matt Black.
