This case study focuses on the renovation of a rental property in Wahroonga, NSW, designed to enhance its appeal and increase rental returns while minimising maintenance. Principal architect Pouné Parsanejad of Studio P led the redesign, emphasizing a simple, playful aesthetic for the powder room and bathrooms, while prioritizing easy-to-clean, durable materials due to the property’s high usage. The use of Sigma20 White Matt Tone-in-Tone plates, which feature fingerprint-resistant technology, ensured a fresh look with minimal upkeep.

Plumbing expert Adam Powell from Powell Plumbing, with extensive experience installing Geberit concealed cisterns, worked closely with Geberit to select the Kappa Mid Level Cistern and compatible products for the renovation. The collaboration was seamless, with the use of Geberit’s Sigma plate adaptor ensuring an efficient installation process.

The case study highlights the importance of quality, durability, and ease of maintenance in rental property design, with Geberit products being favoured by both the architect, trades, and client for their reliability and value.
