A standout feature of the Heaps Good Service office fitout is the feature ceiling within the kitchen and communal spaces, created using SUPAWOOD’s Waffle Blades combined with micro-perforated SUPAMICRO solid infill panels.
Located in Adelaide’s premier commercial precinct, 83 Pirie prides itself on setting a new benchmark for contemporary office spaces. Within this building resides Heaps Good Service, whose offices on Level 19 were designed by local and leading architecture firm, Studio Gram.

A standout feature of the Heaps Good Service office fitout is the feature ceiling within the kitchen and communal spaces, created using SUPAWOOD’s Waffle Blades combined with micro-perforated SUPAMICRO solid infill panels. This innovative pairing creates a visually striking ceiling whilst significantly improving acoustic performance – a crucial factor in high-traffic communal spaces.
The intricate installation was expertly delivered by SA Build Studio, ensuring flawless execution of the design vision.

83 Pirie is a 5 Star Green Star-rated building targeting NABERS 5 Star Energy and 4 Star Water ratings designed with sustainability in mind. Features include rooftop solar panels, end-of-trip facilities, rainwater harvesting, and smart building technology, making it one of Adelaide’s most advanced commercial spaces.
