This partnership combines Nuralite’s expertise in sheet waterproofing, insulation, and deck pedestals with Tremco's extensive global resources and innovative technologies. The acquisition is a key part of Tremco's strategy to become the region's leading provider of end-to-end construction solutions. The trusted Nuralite, Nurajack, and Outright brands will continue to operate as they do today, benefiting from Tremco's expanded market reach and resources. All customer contacts and projects will proceed without interruption.
