Designed by Peddle Thorp, the Collingwood Leisure Centre has reopened after a $7.8 million redevelopment.

Sustainability
Sustainable design features were also included in the centre’s redevelopment, with a 100,000 litre underground water tank now collecting and recycling stormwater for use in the centre’s toilets.
A cogeneration system that provides energy-efficient electricity and heating for the pool, and photovoltaic panels were also incorporated to reduce energy consumption.
