A complete refurbishment of a waterfront apartment in Cremorne Point, Sydney, has transformed the home into a refined sanctuary that celebrates panoramic views across Sydney Harbour to the city skyline.

Designed for two busy professionals and their family, the project was driven by a desire to create a space that feels both visually connected to its surroundings and deeply personal in its interior expression.

The design reimagines the apartment’s layout, reconfiguring rooms to maximise outlooks, improve spatial flow, and enhance functionality.

Emphasis was placed on craftsmanship and high-quality materials, with warm blackbutt parquet flooring and natural sisal carpet providing a rich, tactile foundation throughout.

The palette was elevated by wallpaper and paint selections from design consultant Rosemary Lucas, adding warmth and sophistication to every space.

The kitchen and bathrooms were entirely replanned to optimise layout and usability, while discreetly integrated ducted air conditioning and ventilation systems maintain comfort without disrupting the aesthetic.

Bespoke timber joinery was crafted to house the clients’ extensive collection of art and ceramics.

Blending thoughtful spatial planning with quiet luxury, this renovation results in a calm, elegant living environment, one that captures the beauty of its harbourside location while telling the unique story of its owners.
