Kåre Stokholm Poulsgaard and Susan Carruth have joined Lasse Lind in the leadership of GXN.

The new leadership structure reflects GXN’s maturation into an independent consultancy, applying knowledge grown through research projects to architecture, urbanism and product design, the company says.

“The increased complexity of issues surrounding technology and sustainability, which effects architecture today, calls for cross disciplinary collaborations and creative thinking across siloes. We have seen an increasing request for GXN services from clients all over the world, not just as part of 3XN, but as independent consultants that can provide insights into the complex challenges facing architecture today.” 3XN and GXN founder, Kim Herforth Nielsen.

Kåre joined GXN in 2016, after receiving his MSc in Digital Anthropology from University College of London in 2014. He received his DPhil degree at University of Oxford in 2020.

After nine years of practice in London, Susan received her PhD from Aarhus School of Architecture in 2015 and joined GXN in 2018, following a role as the Danish Head of Sustainable Development at White Architects.
