Ingenia Fullerton Cove, designed by DKO Architecture (Vic), is a newly built over-55s community, close to the heart of Newcastle. A bespoke collection of sophisticated, low-maintenance homes and an edgy design aesthetic are enhanced by thoughtful architecture. Its facilities include a state-of-the-art club featuring a swimming pool, lawn bowls, gymnasium, craft studio, cards room, cinema, salon, games room, restaurants and lounges.

Bildspec was chosen by North Constructions to install a fully recessed cavity sliding door between the club’s corridor and gymnasium. This large format Moove Acoustic Slider™, in clear laminated glass and Dulux Charisma Black frame finish, is ideal for providing acoustic-controlled connectivity through rooms where a maximum throughput of people is required.

These sliding partition glass doors offer effortless movement without any floor tracks. This slider includes a special track and trolley system uniquely designed for this product, which translates into a system that is not only quiet, but also glides effortlessly across its opening.

Moove has underdone rigorous acoustic testing at the new, large format facility at UTS in Sydney, where it achieved certified results of Rw30, Rw33, and Rw34 acoustic performance – enough to meet most acoustic specifications.
