Following global events such as the Grenfell Tower fire (2017) and Melbourne’s Lacrosse fire (2014), the spotlight on cladding compliance has only intensified. Insurers became more cautious, often refusing coverage if ACM panels were used – unless full compliance could be demonstrated.

It’s the only product in the market that uses Lumiflon FEVE technology, allowing Toyota to achieve its signature high-gloss white (G80) finish – a key feature in the brand’s identity manual. “There have been zero changes to the finish in over 20 years,” John notes. “So, whether you’re visiting a dealership completed in 2001 or one installed last month, the aesthetic is identical. That kind of durability is rare.”

“TMCA don’t accept alternative materials for their cladding or signage because the products are already carefully pre-selected to represent their brand,” says John. “This is how Toyota sustains a premium and uniform brand presence throughout Australia.”
