The upcoming CPD Live session Coastal Architecture – Designing for Salt, Sun & Storm, presented by DECO, examines how architects can respond to these conditions through informed design and material specification.

Using real-world examples, the presentation will explore the effects coastal exposure can have on the built environment and how those effects change with distance from the ocean.
It will also examine relevant regulatory considerations and the design strategies available to improve durability and resilience.
