ATDC’s commercial bi-fold doors secure Anglican Schools Commission office in Perth
Architecture studio Hassell specified ATDC's commercial bi-fold doors to secure the Perth office of the Anglican Schools Commission. The doors were supplied in a Dulux Duralloy Basalt powdercoated finish.
Elegant and functional commercial bi-fold doors from The Australian Trellis Door Company (ATDC) were recently installed for the Anglican Schools Commission at Murray Street in Perth, Western Australia.

Product design specifications
This Dulux Duralloy Basalt powdercoated 14000mm wide x 2700mm high door was manufactured using commercial grade extruded aluminium sections. The curtain infill consisted of slimline 150mm wide stacking panels with clear polycarbonate infills, which maximise see-through visibility
The door closely followed the 90-degree curvature of the leaseline on this project, which traversed a 407mm radius.
A series of up/down locking mechanisms allow for a seamless product requiring no floor track and no mullions
ATDC’s commercial bi-fold doors can be made to a maximum height of 4500mm, and the potential span is unlimited. Standard finishes are natural anodised for all aluminium surfaces; however, a Dulux Duralloy powdercoat can be alternatively provided.

Project managers
The Perth-based Built Pty Ltd served as the project managers for this installation and the specifying architect was the WA-based Hassell, which has previously specified ATDC on a number of school projects.
Bi-fold door warranty
A 12-month warranty against defective materials and workmanship applies.
