Havwoods has implemented their own COVID-safe plan to ensure the safety of customers and staff at their flooring and cladding showrooms in Sydney, Melbourne and Newcastle.

Havwoods takes you through some of the COVID-safety measures implemented at their place of business and also explains how the showroom experience is evolving to meet the needs of the current situation.

Havwoods’ physical showrooms are open

As the state governments across Australia lift restrictions, many businesses are opening up after a period of hibernation. While Havwoods showrooms remained open for business during these months, visitors were allowed only by appointment.

Havwoods showrooms continue to be open to the public, with COVID-safe measures in place to ensure a safe environment for all.

New health guidelines for visitors to the showrooms

The following health guidelines must be followed by all visitors to any Havwoods showroom:

No physical contact with staff
All guests must use the hand sanitiser provided at the start of the appointment
Bathrooms are available for handwashing
If you are unwell, please do not book an in-person appointment or if you have already booked, please call us on 1300 428 966 to reschedule or change your appointment to a virtual appointment.

Project deadlines place a lot of pressure on designers, tradespersons and customers to continue work onsite, regardless of their health condition. If you are feeling unwell, please do not book an appointment to visit the physical showroom. Alternatively, you could book a virtual consultation, where a Havwoods staff member will help you find flooring or cladding products to meet your project specifications, from the comfort and safety of your own home or office.

You can visit the virtual Havwoods showroom online if you are unable to visit the physical showroom for any reason, or if you are not ready to venture out yet. Just book a virtual showroom appointment, find the flooring and cladding products you need online with the help of a Havwoods staff member, and meet your project deadlines.
