National law firm Holding Redlich has appointed Partners Jonathan McTigue and Lisa Vo, alongside lawyers Cihan Icel and Lily Joslin-Boyle, to its Melbourne Construction, Infrastructure & Projects practice, drawing on the team's combined experience across transport, energy, mining, commercial development, and government projects.

All four join from HWLE Lawyers, where McTigue and Vo had served as partners, bringing with them a concentrated focus on claims management and dispute resolution across major project environments. The appointments extend the existing Melbourne team, which comprises partners Lachlan Ingram and Dado Hrustanpasic alongside seven lawyers, bringing the Victoria-based practice to 13 lawyers in total.

McTigue arrives with more than 25 years' experience advising contractors and government and private sector principals on complex infrastructure, construction, mining, and government-related matters. A former partner at Clayton Utz before joining HWLE Lawyers, he is recognised across the sector for his technical expertise, commercial judgment, and practical approach to managing complex project issues, covering the full range of advisory work from procurement and contracting through to claims resolution.

Vo joins with a practice built on construction and infrastructure disputes, having advised government and private sector clients on claims management and dispute resolution throughout her career at HWLE Lawyers. She has acted on some of Victoria’s most significant infrastructure and transport projects, bringing direct experience of the scale and complexity of major public sector work.

Joining McTigue and Vo are lawyers Cihan Icel and Lily Joslin-Boyle, who also move from HWLE Lawyers, further consolidating the team’s expertise across construction and infrastructure advisory.
