A new hospitality destination is nearing completion in Oran Park, with Atura Oran Park preparing to welcome its first guests in October as development across South Western Sydney continues to accelerate.

The 184-room hotel has been developed through a partnership between the Perich family and EVT Hotels & Resorts, which will operate the property under its Atura brand. The hotel forms part of the ongoing transformation of the former Oran Park Raceway and sits in the heart of one of Australia’s largest master planned communities.

Designed to serve both visitors and the local community, the hotel will combine accommodation with dining, events, work and leisure facilities.

Guest accommodation will include 184 rooms and suites, while an Italian-inspired restaurant and bar will anchor the hotel’s social setting for residents and visitors. A resort-style pool and terrace will complement a range of communal areas, conference facilities and event spaces.

The hotel is positioned in the centre of Oran Park Town, around 20 minutes from the Western Sydney International Airport, placing it within a region expected to experience substantial population and economic growth. Oran Park is forecast to eventually become home to more than 50,000 residents, while the new airport is expected to attract millions of passengers each year.

Atura Oran Park will become the brand’s fifth Australian property, joining locations in Blacktown, Albury, Dandenong and Adelaide Airport.

For the Perich family, the hotel forms part of the broader vision for Oran Park as a connected town centre.
