The Australian Institute of Architects have announced the winners of the 2024 Dulux Study Tour, with five budding architects having their tickets booked for a world tour in June.

Pictured from left to right above, Jamileh Jahangiri (NSW), Emma Chrisp (VIC), Flynn Carr (NT), Simona Falvo (VIC) and Mike Sneyd (WA) will all embark on a tour to Tokyo, Berlin and Madrid, which will give insights into a range of contemporary projects. The Institute believes that by exposing early-career architects to said projects, it will enhance and influence the future of our built environment.

The Institute’s National President, Stuart Tanner, was full of praise for each of the winners, commenting on their unique perspectives and their success amongst an “exceptional” field of applicants.

“We saw a profound level of expertise, talent, enthusiasm and unwavering commitment to the architectural profession demonstrated by each submission,” he says.

“I strongly encourage eligible members to consider applying again in the future.”
