Fitzpatrick+Partners has announced a number of staff promotions which each reflect the valued contribution of the team members to the practice’s operation.
Liz Need (pictured centre) has been elevated to the role of Principal, with her ability to lead and deliver a number of major projects making her a logical choice for the day-to-day handlings of a Principal. Need’s growing contribution to studio management is also recognised within the promotion.
Head of Interiors Lisa Barbara (pictured right) has become an Associate. A key part of the practice’s Sustainability Working Group, Barbara is at the apex of the practice’s push towards truly regenerative design solutions.
BIM Lead Davor Petranovic (pictured left) has also been promoted to Associate, who continues to advance the practice’s capabilities across a rapidly expanding suite of software platforms including BIM, parametric modelling, scripting and AI.
The practice says it is delighted to have properly recognised the contributions of each new promotion.
