EXAIR's new small NEMA 12 Cabinet Cooler systems provide a low cost, easy to install, maintenance-free solution to keep enclosures cool in hot, remote and dirty environments.

The durable NEMA 12 Cabinet Coolers keep electrical enclosures cool with -7°C air while resisting heat and dirty environments that could adversely affect internal components. The cooling capacity of up to 275 Btu/hr. is ideal for small electrical enclosures with problematic overheating; models with higher cooling capacities are also available.

Applications for the NEMA 12 Cabinet Coolers include cooling control panels, PLCs, microprocessors, fractional Hp variable frequency drives, and robotics.

EXAIR Cabinet Coolers circulate -7°C air throughout the enclosure to prevent high temperature malfunctions. Mounted through a standard electrical knockout while maintaining the NEMA 12, 4 or 4X rating of the enclosure, the Cabinet Cooler systems include an automatic drain filter separator to ensure no moisture passes through to the inside of the electrical enclosure. An optional thermostat control minimises compressed air use and keeps the enclosure at ±1°C of the setting.

Distributed by Compressed Air Australia, small NEMA 12 Cabinet Cooler systems are available with 275 and 550 Btu/Hr cooling capacities. The UL listed and CE compliant Cabinet Coolers do not have any moving parts to wear out.
